This is a joint Impact Advisory Group (IAG) and Public Meeting to review the recently filed Notice of Project Change (NPC) for the Olmsted Village project located in Mattapan. The meeting will include a presentation followed by a conversation with the IAG members, then Q&A and comments from the public.

The NPC for the Olmsted Village project proposes to make minor alterations to unit counts within individual buildings from the original approval resulting in a net increase of 20 additional units, reduce the overall parking count by approximately 7 parking spaces, and make adjustments to the affordability program resulting in an increase in the total number of units of affordable housing from 197 to 226.
